Wednesday my neices and nephew spent the day and night with me while Mom and Dad had some things to do. I enjoyed spending time with them sooooo much! Well, Katharine brought her cookbook over and so we poured over the recipes trying to decide what to make. Since we had church that night we decided on cookies for class. These particular cookies originated in Germany. We also made a cauliflower recipe from Holland and a potato recipe from Switzerland. We had a marvelous time!
